Station 81 is located on the South Hill. The
Station has full-time career firefighters on a three shift rotation. The
station serves the Moran Prairie, Glenrose, Valley View Hills, Hangman Hills, The Ridge at
Hangman, and Browns Mountain. The station provides additional response coverage to Station
82 located in Valleyford.

WATER SYSTEM
The Station 81 area is served by Spokane City Water. Most of the
station area has hydrants with some rural areas relying on water tanker operations.
DEMOGRAPHICS
The area has a mix of commercial and residential development.
Commercial is made up of small office business, retail and dining establishments.
Residential is made up of retirement care facilities, apartment complexes, condos
and single family homes. Some small dry land farms.
