Fulltime career firefighters are organized under IAFF Local 3711; SCFD8 is not Civil Service.

DIVISION CHIEF - TRAINING	Spokane County Fire District 8 is currently recruiting to fill the position of Division Chief - Training. The Training Manager will be responsible for management and administrative functions of the Training Division, a major enterprise of the agency, inclusive of program management,delivery, and program member performance evaluations.
