ACCESS TO PUBLIC RECORDS

Fire District 8 observes the laws set forth by the State of Washington in regards to public records. Please submit your request for public records to the  Fire Chief:

SCFD8 has five business days following receipt of the request to respond and or provide the requested records.

INCIDENT REPORTS

Incident or fire reports are available by contacting the Administrative Offices at 509-926-6699.

The District will not release a report if an incident is still under investigation. Most incident reports are available the next business day following the incident.

EMS incident reports may not be released without the written authorization of the patients involved.
