Chief's Message

Welcome to Spokane County Fire District 8! As you explore our website, I hope it will provide insight into what we mean when we say, Protect, Serve, Educate.” I hope this website will be a valuable resource to learn more about our fire district and the services we provide to our community.

Spokane County Fire District 8 has a proud history of serving our community. That spirit of service has been alive and well for over 60 years and continues as we move forward into the future.

As you look at our Mission, Vision, and Values please know these are more than words.  They are a way of life. The men and women of SCFD8 are here to serve you: from our frontline Firefighters and Firefighter Paramedics; to our sworn and civilian staff, we are committed to providing you the highest level of service possible.

As the Fire Chief, I am humbled and honored to work alongside such a tremendously talented, dedicated, and innovative group of first responders, staff, and fire commissioners.

Should you ever have a question or need assistance, please do not hesitate to contact me.
With appreciation,
